A deconstructed Bloody Mary at Aviary starts with a glass of frozen Worcestershire sauce, frozen balls of celery and Fresno ice cubes topped with white, tomato-flavored ice. A carafe of tomato juice and Karlsson’s vodka is added to the glass by the guest to finish the drink.
